We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services you've asked for, and meet our legal and quality obligations. We don't sell your data.
Website enquiries
The details you submit through our enquiry form are sent to our team by email. Please do not include medical records or NDIS plan documents through the form — we'll request them securely if needed.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
