Access, confidence and choice in the community
Access needs are different for every person. We plan community support with you, including transport, timing, communication preferences, mobility access and the kind of support that helps you feel comfortable taking part.

THE PROCESS
Getting started takes three steps.

Tell us what you want support to look like. We explain what may fit your plan, goals and service area.

Agree the support
We confirm tasks, timing, worker preferences, funding details and any safety considerations before support starts.
- STEP 03
Start and review
Support begins at a pace that works for you. We check in and adjust when your goals, routines or needs change.
Funding and eligibility notes
- Community access may be funded through social and community participation supports when it relates to your plan goals.
- Activity costs, tickets, memberships, meals and personal spending are usually separate from support worker time unless your plan states otherwise.
- We confirm goals, support ratios and transport arrangements before support begins.
How we work with you

- Work at your pace, including quieter options if crowds, noise or travel feel overwhelming.
Rights, consent and safeguards
- You choose where you go and who is involved, subject to safety and funding arrangements.
