THE PROCESS

Getting started takes three steps.

  1. STEP 01

    Have a free chat

Tell us what you want support to look like. We explain what may fit your plan, goals and service area.

  2. STEP 02

    Agree the support

We confirm tasks, timing, worker preferences, funding details and any safety considerations before support starts.

  3. STEP 03

    Start and review

Support begins at a pace that works for you. We check in and adjust when your goals, routines or needs change.

Funding and eligibility notes

  • Daily living support may align with NDIS assistance with daily life or capacity-building goals, depending on your plan.
  • Support is not a substitute for clinical nursing, allied health treatment or emergency care.
  • We document agreed tasks so your funding is used for supports that are reasonable, necessary and connected to your goals.

How we work with you

  • Ask how you prefer tasks to be done before offering help.
  • Support participation, not just task completion, when you want to build skills.
  • Review routines with you so support does not become more restrictive than it needs to be.

Rights, consent and safeguards

  • Workers seek consent before personal support and respect your right to say no.
  • Risks are discussed with you in practical language, including privacy, manual handling and home safety.
  • Concerns are recorded and followed up through clear feedback and complaints pathways.
