We confirm tasks, timing, worker preferences, funding details and any safety considerations before support starts.

Start and review
Support begins at a pace that works for you. We check in and adjust when your goals, routines or needs change.
Funding and eligibility notes
- DVA community nursing is different from NDIS disability support and depends on DVA eligibility, referral and service authorisation.
- We only display this page when DVA and nursing verification settings are enabled.
- Urgent health concerns should be directed to emergency services or the appropriate medical provider, not a website form.
How we work with you
- Confirm referral details, nursing needs and care goals before visits begin.
- Coordinate with your GP, hospital team or other health professionals where consent and referral arrangements allow.
- Review care needs and communicate changes through the appropriate clinical pathway.

- Clinical information is handled with strict privacy and shared only as required for care, consent, safety or lawful reporting.
- Nursing care is delivered within professional scope and documented appropriately.
